A full range of Batter Mixes are manufactured by Ripon Select Foods Ltd either as individual products or as part of a complete system tailored to suit our customers requirements. We hold on stock a wide variety of specialist ingredients that allows us produce the Batter Mix to suit each and every application.
Adhesive Batters have been carefully developed for coating Fish, Poultry, Meat and Vegetables and are suitable for Chilled and/or frozen applications. They have been developed for deep and shallow Pan fry. They can also be Oven-baked or Grilled and are suitable for the BBQ. All adhesive batters are highly suitable for the QSR, Food Service and Retail sectors.
Tempura Batters are specifically formulated for chilled and frozen application. Like adhesive batters they have been developed for deep and shallow Pan fry. They can also be Oven-baked or Grilled and are suitable for the BBQ. All adhesive batters are highly suitable for the QSR, Food Service and Retail sectors.
A wide variety is available dependent upon the product to be coated, the type of line used and the texture required.
Fish Frying Batters are dedicated to the Fish industry. Ripon Select Foods manufacture a variety from traditional ‘fish and chip shop’ batters for the smaller user to specialist coatings on an industrial scale.
