The coating system has been prepared using the latest technology in fry-free ingredients. Our formulation incorporates specialist bread-making flours and improvers, blended together with sunflower and extra virgin olive oil. Our fry-free coating system provides a delicious flavour and enhanced texture, with similar results as a flash fried product.
