Gluten Free

Gluten Free Crumb is manufactured from a variety of Gluten Free Ingredients, predominantly Rice, Maize and Vegetable Fibre. Spices and Food Dyes can also be incorporated to produce a variety of coloured Gluten Free Crumbs.

Manufacture is by a process of mixing the ingredients into a dough, extruding, drying and gristing to the correct size. The Gluten Free Crumbs can be tailored to produce Gluten Free Coatings or a Gluten Free Replacer for Rusk. Our Gluten Free Coating Systems include speciality Batter Mixes, Predusts, Breaders and Seasonings.
