
Fry-Free Breading System
Ripon Select Foods Limited have designed and developed a delicious golden, crunchy coating system for fry-free applications!
The coating system has been prepared using the latest technology in fry-free ingredients. Our formulation incorporates specialist breadmaking flours and improvers, blended together with sunflower and extra virgin olive oil for a delicious flavour and enhanced texture.
Ingredients are processor friendly through standard breading equipment, however, it is advised that a J-Crumber is used to apply the breadcrumb as it allow less ‘fines’ production during processing. Compacting rollers and air knives should be set to encourage the coating to adhere to the substrate.
Will oven bake from frozen with similar results as a flash-fried product.
No need for specialist cooking or handling instructions.
