Roasted fennel and Chilli
Roasted Fennel with extra virgin olive oil, red chilli flakes, parsley and a
hint of lemon juice. Seasoned with cracked black pepper and sea salt.
Delicious on chunky cod loin served with roasted Mediterranean vegetables.

Smoked Garlic & Parsley
Smoked roasted garlic with onion, extra virgin olive oil, finished with a
touch of lemon and lots of green parsley leaf. Delicious on pork tenderloin.
